Should you choose to pick up your car from the airport you simply show the voucher upon arrival at the designated car rental window in the arrivals lounge. All vehicles may be collected and returned in the same fashion, therefore no taxis or courtesy buses are required from the Rent-A-Car office to the airport. If the pickup is at your hotel or a prearranged location then your voucher will be shown at that location where you take the car.
GoTenerife-Plus.com imposes a set of conditions for the rental service we provide. You must meet these conditions when you rent your car through us. Please read carefully what is explained below.
Limited Mileage
Only luxury vehicles are offered with limited mileage on Tenerife. We will advise you if you have chosen a car with limited mileage at the time you book.
Unlimited Mileage
All vehicles are available unlimited mileage unless they are premium luxury models. In all cases you will be advised of the exact terms.
Insurance
Insurance is mandatory. Note that the insurance options offered by some credit cards are not valid for the insurance payment in Tenerife and will not be accepted. Insurance is payable directly to the renatl agency unless you have been offered an all inclusive vehicle. This will appear on your voucher and explained at the time of booking.
Deductable Insurance
Often referred to as insurance A, Covers any damage over a deductible amount. You are thus liable for any amount of the deductible. Based upon the rental agreement.
Full Insurance
Often referred to as insurance B, Covers all damage, theft, accident or complete loss of the vehicle. Covers damages to the driver, passengers and third parties based upon the terms of the rental agreement.
Drop off
If a car is dropped off in a different location from the one in which it was rented; A surcharge is added to the rates to cover the extra cost of this option. This surcharge is negotiable with the rental agency at the time you collect the car. In many cases it wil be free but its better to ask.
Payment
We accept full payment for the rental period via credit card using our On-Line Payment System, over the phone or via bank transfer.
Other payments
Insurance is payable by you upon arrival. If you would prefer to pay insurance prior to your arrival please discus this with your agent when booking.
Deposit
All vehicles require a deposit via credit card. If you do not have a credit card this can be paid in some cases.
